1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the website qozludi.com (hereinafter, "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, please refrain from using the Platform. Qozludi SpA reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, effective from their publication on this site.
2. Description of Service
Qozludi is a real estate crowdlending platform that facilitates the connection between investors and real estate development projects in Chile. The Platform acts as a technological intermediary and does not constitute a banking entity, brokerage house, or investment fund manager. Operations conducted through the Platform are subject to current Chilean financial regulation.
3. Requirements for Use
To use the Platform, you must: be at least 18 years old; have legal capacity to enter into contracts in the Republic of Chile; provide truthful and up-to-date information; and not use the Platform for illicit purposes or contrary to these Terms.
4. Investment Risks
All investments carry risks. Real estate crowdlending is no exception. Past returns do not guarantee future results. Invested capital may be subject to partial or total losses. Before investing, we recommend carefully evaluating your financial situation and, if necessary, consulting an independent financial advisor. Qozludi SpA does not guarantee the profitability of any investment.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and its compilation, is the property of Qozludi SpA or its licensors and is protected by Chilean and international intellectual property laws. The reproduction, distribution, or modification of any content without express written authorization is prohibited.
6. Limitation of Liability
Qozludi SpA shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform. The informational content published on the Platform is for guidance purposes only and does not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice.
7. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or application shall be submitted to the ordinary courts of justice of Santiago, Chile, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them.
8. Privacy and Cookie Policies
The use of the Platform is also subject to our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. We recommend reading both documents before using our services.
